Subprocessors

Marea Software Inc. (“Marea”) engages the third parties listed below (“Subprocessors”) to process Customer Personal Information, including patient information, on behalf of our customers in order to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services.
Each Subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that requires it to process Customer Personal Information only on Marea's behalf and for the purposes permitted under our agreement with you, and to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Marea remains responsible for the acts and omissions of its Subprocessors.

Marea Software Inc. is established in Québec, Canada. Where a Subprocessor processes personal information outside Québec or Canada, we assess the transfer before it takes place, as described in section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to This List
Before we engage a new Subprocessor, we will give customers reasonable advance notice by email to the address associated with the customer's account, and we will update this page. A customer may object to a new Subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds by writing to privacy@usemarea.com before the change takes effect.
